"Rawnika is our name for Raw Hanukkah, which started years ago with a Hanukkah great party at Ariane and Rob's house. I wrote these words to the tunes of well-known Hanukkah songs and these are from the song sheets.
This references most of the equipment used for raw food prep, such as an Excalibur dehydrator, a Cuisinart food processor and a Vitamix blender and foods like raw cacao, carob, goji berries, and coconuts!
Even the latkes (potato pancakes) although warmed are not cooked (and they're not made with white potatoes either!)
